CCOC’s mission is to create, maintain and promote affordable housing for low and moderate income people. The Beaver Barracks will provide 253 units of new rental housing for singles, couples, families and seniors!
Accessible & Visitable
Accessibility has been an integral element of the project from the beginning. Most of the units are visitable and 24 units are wheelchair accessible.
Sustainable Heating & Cooling
An underground geothermal system provides highly efficient heating, cooling and hot water to every apartment and townhouse at Beaver Barracks. Tenants pay a flat monthly fee based on unit size.
Beaver Barracks is a new affordable housing development in Centretown.
