There are always lots of new and exciting things going on at the construction site. Here’s what’s in store for the coming weeks:

• Framing of the Stacked Townhouses has begun!
• Once the new Catherine building is out of the ground, and the 2nd and 3rd floors are being poured, there will be a green curtain put up in order to protect the west side of the Metcalfe building from debris.
• We have created an asphalt sidewalk on the South side of Catherine Street because the North side of the sidewalk will be closed for the duration of construction.
• Summer is here! We are happy to say that the exterior landscaping is in progress.
• We are working with the city to have a loading area installed at the corner of Victory Gardens Private and Argyle Avenue, in front of 160 Argyle.

March – April 2011

This will be the site of the Catherine building – a 7-story concrete construction apartment building with ground-oriented town houses facing the interior courtyard. There will also be several commercial spaces facing Catherine Street.
