This overview shows the Beaver Barracks site after both phases of the project have been completed. The Metcalfe Building (foreground) and the Argyle building (background) were completed in Phase I. The Catherine (bottom left) and the stacked towns (outlines beside the community garden) will be completed in Phase II.

This seven-story building is presently under construction. It will contain a total of 94 apartments and townhouses, along with a number of commercial spaces on the ground floor facing Catherine Street.

The ground floor townhouses in this building are located at the back of the building on the private laneway. Windows and balconies on this side of the building overlook the community garden.
Beaver Barracks is a new affordable housing development in Centretown.
