Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation (CCOC) is a private non-profit housing corporation with over thirty five years experience as a dynamic, award-winning and innovative landlord.
At CCOC we believe our housing should reflect the broader community, foster diversity and be inclusive of people from all walks of life, levels of income and ability. As such, some limited rent subsidies will be available to assist low and moderate income earners. To determine your eligibility you will need to contact the Social Housing Registry of Ottawa.
As a non-profit organization, CCOC is tenant and member directed. You can have a say in your housing by joining a committee or running for a seat on the Board.
